3. I’m in Costa Rica for the next couple of months. I wanted a break from our Canadian winter and I’ve decided to do all my work remotely. My new place has an office a good internet connection and everything I could possibly desire including great moderate weather.

4. Some of the adventures I’ve partaken in: Yoga with Mike, three days a week. An awesome and varied Vinyasa flow class that offered a fantastic challenge for me.

Ocean swimming and body surfing every day. Snorkeling on occasion. Hanging out at the beach and practising my martial arts. Checking out some good restaurants especially Amancios and Fish & Cheeses in the nearby town of Herradura.

It was great to sample refreshing beverages, like fresh fruit juice smoothies at Karma Restaurant. The best after a hard day of training.

One of my favorite things outside of Jaco, touring the Manuel Antonio National Park and booking a tour guide.

To read about my adventures at the park visit, My Day at Manuel Antonio National Park.

5. At this writing, the publishing of this month’s journal, I’m in the city of San Jose, Costa Rica. A beautiful rental property in Escazu, a suburb of the central city.

During our first two weeks in Costa Rica we stayed in a small beach house just one hundred meters from the beach, Playa Jaco.
