Meditations on being


intention on breathing; and

maintaining the one point

below the navel.

Thoughts of gratitude

keep flowing

into my mind

as the winding river

flows to the


Time it is

a state of being,

counting the breath,

a state of mind.

Enjoy it, live it; and show your

gratitude for it,

the breath, breathe in;

and in; and in, and out.

Clearing the thoughts

that take up space

make room for self-caring,

compassion; intention,

everyday; every way, a path

to extend universal love; universal gratitude.
